THE DESIGN JOURNEY

Each stage developed the client’s selected direction, bringing the design from an initial brief into a coordinated drawing set.
Concept options & refinement
The studio presented two to three concept plans. The client selected one direction, which was refined through changes before progressing to the next stage.
Vastu-informed planning
The plans were developed around the client’s Vastu preferences. The supplied concept sheet records ground- and first-floor layouts alongside directional overlays.
Elevation & 3D design
Reference images helped establish the client’s preferred elevation style. The studio then developed the elevation and 3D visualisation around the selected direction.
Structure & working drawings
The structural engineer designed the structure. Architectural and structural drawings were submitted to the client to support execution.
Construction coordination
The contractor remained in regular contact with the studio during construction. S.N. Architects helped with drawing coordination and queries through to successful completion.
