A conversation before a drawing
The journey began with understanding Mr. Pankaj Jain’s requirements. The first meeting set the direction: a home shaped around the client’s brief, with Vastu preferences considered from the beginning.

Before a home takes shape in brick and concrete, it takes shape in conversation. For Mr. Pankaj Jain, that conversation became a journey through concept plans, Vastu-informed decisions, architectural character and the details of construction.

THE DESIGN JOURNEY
Each stage developed the client’s selected direction, bringing the design from an initial brief into a coordinated drawing set.
The journey began with understanding Mr. Pankaj Jain’s requirements. The first meeting set the direction: a home shaped around the client’s brief, with Vastu preferences considered from the beginning.
Two to three concept options gave the client room to explore. One plan was selected, then refined through changes—turning the initial brief into a layout the client could move forward with.
The concept and Vastu plans brought space planning and directional preferences into the same conversation. The supplied sheet shows the ground and first floors alongside Vastu overlays.
Elevation reference images helped establish a visual direction. From there, the elevation and 3D design translated the chosen character into a composition of forms, surfaces and openings.
The structural engineer developed the structure, while the drawing set documented the design for the next stage. The supplied sheets cover foundation and column layouts, plinth beams, floor planning, doors, beams, slabs and stairs.
The contractor remained in regular contact with the studio during execution. Design support continued through construction, helping carry the agreed direction from drawings into the completed project.
CONCEPT & VASTU PLANS
The supplied concept sheet pairs ground- and first-floor layouts with Vastu overlays. It records a design stage in the project’s development.
Open concept & Vastu sheetPROJECT DOCUMENTATION
Six supplied working sheets record structural layouts, architectural planning and construction details.
Presentation copies omit original title-block information. These project-specific drawings are shown for reference and must not be reused for construction or approvals on another site.
THE OUTCOME
The project was successfully completed, with the contractor remaining in regular contact with S.N. Architects during execution. The studio helped the client and contractor coordinate the design information during construction.
The images on this page are design visualisations and drawing records. Completed-site photographs are not included.
