Delivery & Revision Policy

When the schedule begins

We confirm an expected schedule in the written quotation. It begins when the scope is accepted, the stage payment is received and the necessary project inputs are complete. The studio will identify essential missing information before progressing work that depends on it. There is no single delivery deadline for every plot, package or renovation.

Stage approvals and delivery

Included design stages may comprise planning, elevation, detailed architecture/engineering drawings, interiors or estimates, depending on the package. Reviews are shared digitally. We request written approval before progressing a stage that depends on your decision.

Final deliverables are sent through the agreed digital channel in the formats stated in the quotation. Final release is linked to the corresponding agreed payment. Concept drawings and visualisations are marked or understood as review material, not construction instructions.

Two revision rounds per included design stage

Each included design stage receives two consolidated revision rounds, unless a different allowance is agreed in writing. One round means one collected set of feedback submitted by the nominated client decision-maker, followed by the corresponding design update. Please review with all family members or stakeholders before sending a round.

For example, one planning round may combine room arrangement, door positioning and furniture-layout feedback. Separate follow-up requests after that update may count as another round. A clarification question alone is not a revision round.

Included changes and error corrections

Revisions cover reasonable refinements within the agreed brief, site and design stage. Corrections of the studio’s errors, missing agreed details or departures from the accepted scope are made without an additional charge and do not consume the revision allowance.

Additional or changed scope

A changed plot or building area, extra floor, different use, new design brief, extra design option, substantial redesign after written approval, or rounds beyond the allowance may require additional work. We explain the scope, fee and schedule impact and obtain written approval before charging or starting that additional work. We do not treat approval of a stage as permission to charge an unspecified amount.

Coordination and construction queries

Remote explanations of our drawings may be included if stated in the quotation. Site visits, site measurement, inspection, supervision and certification are not included in online packages. Requests from a contractor should refer to the latest issued sheet and the specific question. Design changes during construction require review before execution.

Delays and project updates

Delayed inputs, pending client decisions, unpaid agreed instalments, local surveys, authority requirements or approved scope changes can affect the schedule. We communicate revised dates rather than silently treating the original timeline as cancelled. Studio-caused delays should be raised with us for a revised plan or an appropriate remedy.
