Design-fee calculator

The calculator is an indicative service-fee tool based on the selected package, total designed area, displayed rate and minimum package fee. It is not a binding quotation or a payment request. Applicable taxes, additional scope and project-specific requirements are confirmed in writing before work starts. Plot area and total designed floor area are not always the same.

Construction estimates

Stage-wise construction estimates use agreed specifications, quantities and location-specific rate assumptions. Actual costs depend on market prices, labour, ground conditions, site logistics, scope changes and execution. An estimate is not a fixed-price construction contract or a guarantee of final cost. We remain responsible for the estimating work within the agreed professional scope.

Design visualisations and photographs

3D views illustrate design intent; furniture, finishes, planting, lighting and surrounding context may differ in construction. Site photographs show the stage described in their caption and should not be taken as proof of completion unless explicitly stated. Each project has its own site, brief and service scope.

Structural design and existing buildings

Structural drawings require suitable site, soil and engineering information. An online image or concept plan alone cannot establish whether an existing structure is safe for alteration or additional floors. Required local investigation and assessment must be arranged. Work should not start until the responsible professionals have addressed necessary checks and permissions.

Approvals and online service boundaries

Drawings do not themselves grant municipal, development authority or Town & Country Planning permissions. Approval services are included only when expressly agreed. The advertised online packages contain no site visits, on-site supervision or physical inspection. Do not rely on a remote design service as a substitute for competent local construction supervision.

Vastu and project outcomes

Vastu preferences can be incorporated where requested and compatible with the brief and necessary technical requirements. They are a design preference and do not guarantee health, wealth, prosperity or other personal outcomes. Testimonials describe individual experiences, not a guarantee for every client.
