How the fee works Total built-up area of all floors × package rate, subject to the minimum fee. Any applicable taxes are extra.
Delivery & revisions PDF drawings; one digital exterior image from the ₹9 package upward. Two consolidated revision rounds per relevant stage. Timeline, payment stages and any editable CAD/DWG files are confirmed in your quotation.
Before booking Send verified site dimensions, location and requirements. Structural work needs suitable site and soil information. Site visits, approval submissions, soil testing, full interiors and additional design options are quoted separately. Estimates are indicative construction budgets.

For detailed packages, architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing drawings develop the approved design. The ₹20 package adds false ceiling design and stage-wise estimates.

Are site visits included?
No. These packages are delivered entirely online. Local site consultancy is a separate service, subject to location and an agreed quotation.
What information do I need to provide?
Verified site measurements, road position, north direction, site photographs, level information where relevant, and requirements from your local authority. Structural work also needs suitable soil and site data as requested by the engineer.
What counts as a revision?
A round of consolidated changes within the agreed brief at a design stage. A new brief, additional floor, extra design option or changes after stage approval may need a separate quotation.
What does the stage-wise construction estimate cover?
The ₹20/sq ft package includes estimated costs organised by construction stage: foundation and plinth; RCC frame and slabs; masonry and plaster; electrical and plumbing; flooring and finishes; doors and windows; painting and false ceiling. Stage estimates reflect the agreed design and specifications. They are planning budgets, rather than fixed construction quotations.
What is the delivery timeline?
The studio confirms the timeline after reviewing the size, scope and required information. Client feedback and stage approvals are part of the schedule.
Does the package include building approval or supervision?
Approval submissions and on-site supervision are separate. Your appointed local professional must coordinate authority requirements and site execution. Design delivery does not imply approval has been obtained.
